Are you wondering how to make macaroni salad? Me too! I wanted to try this for the Independence Day holiday here (USA). Instead of looking on Google and getting super confused about a recipe again, I visualized macaroni salad in my mind. LoLs
I tried to imagine eating macaroni salad, it has been a while since I bought it. I thought maybe it has pimientos in it… not sure. Anyhow, I sent to the dollartree for some pimientos but winded up with sweet bell pepper. Perfect! Bought some pickle relish too. So I mixed peppers, pickle relish, some mayo and miracle whip, salt an pepper, and cooked elbow macaronies. I topped it with paprika (spelling?). It tastes pretty good!

I remember handing in a resignation letter and a two-week notice when I had a demeaning job as a baloney slicer. Not only did I hand in my notice of resignation, but also I included an ultimatum with it. I told them if they were interested in hiring me properly by placing me in a more secure position with a schedule that put me on the full time payroll, I would be happy to withdraw my resignation. The place would work us full time for weeks and weeks, but then just within the guidelines of the law, they would give us a short week so they could get away with working us full time without giving us full time classification. I still hate those greedy jerks, lol.

Today I stumbled across a very useful site where you can buy words of wisdom. At first, I was searching for a copy of the original starter episode of the old TV show “The Waltons”. Do you remember that show? OMG, it was great in its day, and I still love catching it when I can. Anyhow, I found the Foundling episode of the Walton’s over on the Way of Life Christian bookstore. While I was there, I found a tempting item titled, The Power of Encouragement, an audio book. I can’t wait to get a copy of this. There’s a lot of good Christian material on the site.
